(somehow this was posted in the fixed price/offer forum. please move to auctions forum.)
http://www.fullfile.com

http://www.whois.sc/fullfile.com shows you the stats: the Alexa rank is climbing dramatically, from 704,546 to 507,708 to 347,776 and increasing! Opened on April 1st, 2005, FullFile hosts approximately 1400 files, taking up 600mb.

It became extremely popular among graphic designers and FLASH developers due to its unmatchable 5MB file size limit. The upload script was custom made by a talented PHP coder that was adjusted to fit www.fullfile.com just fine. The layout is custom and unique and has not been shared with anyone.

I am the only one with access to FullFile's FTP. Just use cPanel for the admin panel to backup and use .htaccess to ban violators.

The hosting was pre-paid for 1 full year in the beginning when the project started and it expires in the end of March of 2006, so that's good 7 months left to have all the files my visitors need hosted with enough bandwidth to cover all the views to them! By the time it expires I'm pretty sure you'll have to move to a dedicated server if this trend of popularity keeps rising up like this.

Stats:
Alexa rank: 347,776 (1 month) and climbing!
Awstats by month: here
Awstats by day for August 2005: here
Referrer stats: here
http://www.statbrain.com/www.fullfile.com/

STATBRAIN is quite accurate for counting page HITS - what you see in the screenshots are UNIQUE visitors.

As for revenue, you can begin to extract some significant revenue by placing advertisements above each individual file (this is possible with PHP).

This auction will end on September 12th, 2005, at 8:00 PM EST.

THERE IS A RESERVE PRICE AND I'M NOT OBLIGATED TO SELL THIS WEBSITE UNLESS IT IS MET. It is not very high, but it's what I think is reasonable enough for FullFile.

Starting bid: $1
BIN: $600

Hint: the reserve price is much lower than the BIN!

The hosting situation is quite interesting. The previous owner bought a hosting package with unmetered bandwidth and space from eBay. This is NOT unlimited bandwidth and space; you cannot use more than 10% of the server's resources at one time (their minimum server HD is 80gb).

The site works here.

The negative TR was given because of difficulty in transferring a domain name, It was my first time doing it.

A little bit of impatience on the buyer's part, I think.

thanks
