www.funnysection.com is a site I created almost a year ago when I was making a joke site, a games site and video site. I thought you would finish the suite off nicely.
However, like the other sites it has basically just been left alone.
It has never been promoted, never had any money thrown at it. I did sign it up to 3 of the traffic exchange sites back then and they remain and provide only a small percentage of the traffic.
The site is based on a popular media script but has been heavily modified and debugged by myself to give it its current sleek and contemporary look.
The sale includes the excellent domain and all the site files of course. The buyer will have access to the Cpanel and you can download the whole lot.
Alternatively, for an easy life, you can leave the site on my server (to be seperately negotiated.)
The site runs itself but I visit it every day to check there is no p o r n on there which is my personal preference and remove it from the excellent Admin panel. I must say though, leaving adult related humor on there would make the site ballistic. When an adult type link goes on there then before I notice it will get dozens of clicks. It just wasnt an option for me. My loss plus I think it isnt allowed on my server, though it may be okay as its links not actual content.. You'd probably just need to add a proper disclaimer.
the site gets just under 200 uniques visitors a day which is good for an unpromoted site and its nearly all US traffic. The site is a PR3.
More than half the daily uniques come from Google + SE links.
There has been 2897 U/V so far to 16th May.
The traffic is remarkably consistant.
I do not have the time at the moment to manage or promote these sites which will be pretty obvious when I show you why I am so busy on a PM..
There has never been Adsense or any ads on it so I have no idea or revenue but it ouwld be wise to go that route, add some more exchanges and have paid-ads on there from the many media link companies.
