Because I do not own the rights to the content of the actual site.

Something that might add to the value, is that GameSPY has been drooling over the domain (as they apparantly are looking to start up a Mega Man Planet site), though they haven't been willing to pay what I think it's worth (yet, anyways).

I am confused, what are you going to do with the site content? Also the traffic will drop dramatically without content
