Why do you want to sell a site so bad that made over 10k in the last 2 months,

Thats over 60k a year in rev,

Yet the site is for sale everywhere, Like its a big rush to sell,

Im looking for a lump sum so i can buy a new car and hopefully the money will help me go through uni and i plan to start another site of some sort.

The sites traffic is 80% usa, so that leaves 20% of the traffic making no revenue, so yesterday i geo targeted the ads. So that 20% non usa traffic now sees google adsesne. This has added around $10/day to the sites revenue.

I see a lot of link exchanges. Are those traffic based, paid agreement?

The link exchanges are something i have been meaning to update but never got around to, the current link exchanges hardly send any traffic.

Most of the sites traffic comes from yahoo and google search engine and myspace and word of mouth.

Ill pm you the stats so you can see, soon as ive eaten my pizza.

Not sure what all the bashing was for. It's a fine site and a good MySpace play.
My only concern is that the revenue from YPN will go down as the program is in beta and according to their own documentation, they say they may pay a premium during beta. I am sure Yahoo will also look into the targeting feature as some of the ads displayed are completely unrelated to teenage traffic. Good luck with the sale. Ride the YPN wave for now.

Just to let you know tattoobit YPN have already decreased the payouts sometime last month. The rates where insane when YPN first opened shame i didnt know about it then.
