gamesforum.com

In my view this is premium generic, probably the most popular forum genre there is. What is your view?... and values?

Very nice game domain, do you own it? The name will likely generate traffic alone without promotion and is very general which allows you to cover any and everything related to games. Developed, this forum would rapidly and continuously grow.

I would prefer gameforum.com over the plural just becuase it sounds more like a brand to me, but the plural isn't far behind.

Undeveloped end user I would say mid xxxx

Overwhelming commercial quality sld - some may prefer the plural as well, can go either way. Easily $xx,xxx for the name alone. High income potential to be sure. Mid to high $x,xxx would be letting it go at a substantial discount if sold.

That's a good domain for a gaming forum. All in all it's a premium gaming domain.
I guess it's worth up to mid $x,xxx to an enduser if undeveloped. Good luck with
selling your domain! GamingForum.com would be better though...

This name is still up for auction so I don't know why this thread has been made.

j8jweb probably wanted to know its value :)

exactly. I won the auction anyway, so all's well! :)
Dodo1, I disagree that gamingforum.com would be better. gamesforum.com is shorter and more topic - specific. Compare these searches:

gamingforum:
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=gamingforum&meta=
8280 results

gamesforum:
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=gamesforum&meta=
132,000 results

"games forum"
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&safe=off&q="games+forum"&meta=
1,280,000 results

"gaming forum"

680,000 results

congratulations.
develop this name and you will get a good ROI in no time.

He's right. People most normally think in terms of "games" or "game." These are the vast millions of people waiting to spend money at a site like this or click your paid links. "Gaming" is less conventional for consumers, and more commonly associated with things like "gaming commission" or "gaming license," etc. Even gamersforum.com would be much better than gamingforum.com.

Very Nice name~~~~~
I like this domain
Good luck~

If I had money to spend, this is definitely a name I would have pursued. Nice pickup. Do you plan on developing, selling, or both?

That is a great Domain

Good Luck :)

Thanks for all the positive comments. I've definitely got a very good feeling about this one! I plan to develop the name, but of course everything has its price and I may sell it one day.

Still interested in hearing further opinions (if anyone feels the urge) :)

Cheers
James

I think you have to buy gameforum.com too.
The value of these domains will double if you have the package.
