GamingPipe.com is already developed and is part of Burst! Media and AdSense. It once received 2000 uniques / day but now recieves around 250 uniques / day because I haven't worked on it in months. It is powered by my companies Cigmas Advanced content management system and grabs RSS news feeds from 23 web sites.

PageRank of 5 and lots of PR connections. The site has the ability to run itself but with the odd article or media gallery added, it can be very successful (like it once was).
