I parked the site today on domainsponsor. Just want to see how the revenue would be. I completely don't get your point.

What is wrong with a site that makes consistantly about $30 and up despite content and is around since several years?

As the site gets spidered a lot, the ideal thing would be to build a bunch of articles or a blog and put it on there.

Selling site w/out content, as there is no real content, just some 404 script which is kind of crap.

Site expires next month. So, either I would develop something decent (which I will do if I don't get a good price now) or sell the domain now.

And yes, you are right I am kind of new to selling domains or websites.
If you have tips on what I could do better, please tell me.
