I could see it used as a blog or Dear Abbey type of site. Advice on how to handle the various stigmas attached with being gay and raising a child, being a child raised by a lesbian couple, or something like that.
If you found a writer backed by a publisher or syndication you might be gold. Hard to put a price on it though. XXX to low-mid XXXX maybe.
