The domain name (geekvalley.com) has a very high link popularity, and is a Page Rank 5. Also included in the sale is geekvalley.net.

Revenue:
Each month the site brings in approx $700-$1000 pure profit with text links, adsense, banners, etc.

I hate to say it but the site won't be sold for 20 months profit. The going rate around here is 6-12 months profit x 1.15 for growth its rare that they are sold for more then 12 months unless there is something really special about it. Just letting you know and giving you a heads up.

Well it has great potential and is a great investment and i wont budge on the $20k and over offer limit as i think the site is completly worth every $ of that. I also know that its a investment that will make a great return which is also another plus and it is also very established and hasnt been around for like a few weeks.
