I guess I don't get why you would park a name that has 5,xxx registered members, wouldn't that just kill your traffic and/or ranking with the search engines? Why mention the website if your not even using it? Is there a specific reason as to why there is only Turkish traffic? Your bounce rate is also a bit worrisome, seems like very little of the 'members' ever come back.

Sorry if I am seeming a bit skeptical here, its only because I really am interested, but would like to understand exactly whats going on here before submitting a offer.
