Give it some time. I'm no expert so I'm not going to touch it. If you subscribe to the thread, you can get answers emailed to you.
Baney, if you want to pay for an appraisal, most of the domain auctions offer it. Sedo, Afternic, TDNAM are a few names that come to mind. Good luck.
