nice idea.. where did you get the initial traffic from? why has traffic started to stagnate. check pm.

Pm replied. No particular reason, traffic is stable and needs some new methods of growth (ie an element of virality).

Idea came from simply needing a way to make GIFs. Lots of people want to make them but don't have the software or knowledge to do it easily.

What kind of technical requirements server wise are required?

Since removing free gif hosting what's the monthly bandwidth?

How much cpu is chewed on making a gif?

Any dedicated should be able to handle it, with at least 2gb ram. Bandwidth is less than 5tb, probably less than 3tb if I'm correct. Can't say for sure how much CPU is used, but any decent dedicated should be able to handle it.
