Undeveloped - $0 (.TV is a major liability)

Developed - Who knows without seeing the development? You can't look at a piece of vacant land and appraise a house that has never been built on it.

Undeveloped $55 -$50(liability) = about $5

Developed with bouncing live models on trampolines: $800 dep on the model and if you get J-Lo to do it for you much more.
