Glow Username ?

I think its the right section to post wanted to ask if i bought the Glow Username item from store menu will i be able to change the colour after i have chosen one of the colour while buying have chosen or will it remain forever hwell:

oh and to put a glow under my username( which appears beside my post like here on the left) will i have to choose the glow option in
User Title Options
or
Username Options
from the store menu
