The main name I need so a site is owned by godaddy, but they don't even have it parked or pointed. Its info recently changed but didn't get a full year added, only the date changed.

First any idea what could be up with the name?

How about background on go daddy?

I don't think godaddy let any names drop that are remotely decent. They seem to ship them to their used domain store. Anyone else know? whois-search? Gordon-dropwizard? Anyone?

Thats kinda what I thought. That seems like such a poor concept. It seems they need to decide what business they are in. At least hide what they are doing.

They're in the business of making money however they can and as fast as they can like most people these days.

I agree to some point, but if a wholesaler wants to compete with its customers, it should at least not let them no they are out of gum. Hope a few know the reference.
