If you have any Godaddy service issues, please escalate to me as a last resort and I will move mountains for you.

Next week at least 30 Godaddy people will be on the forum to answer your questions and learn more about domains.

There will be lots of new services and policy changes coming into play in the next few weeks to make it easier for you to buy and park a Godaddy. The focus will be on improving the system and features to make things easier.

I can get anyone that has a large amount of domains at Godaddy a dedicated rep.

Best wishes!

I will know specifics Monday / Tuesday but my goal is to get them all in here.

I will be adding a 100% fool proof way that your domains will be secure and can't get stolen. Expect security like never before from Godday. It's coming and you will have dedicated reps and a VP to fall back on if need be. ;)

"large amount of domains at Godaddy a dedicated rep"

What qualifies as a large amount?

Perhaps GD will add .ca's to their list? Rent them an office at your Toronto business.

I use GD and never have had problems, If anything minor, the phone support was excellent and understandable.

Great, we have THOUSANDS of names at GD, with a dedicated rep of course! :ok:
...
One thing I would like GD to add is free PRIVATE WhoIs, like Moniker has.
...
Maybe you can convince Bob Parsons to it Adam...I will also try. :ok:

Instead of having whois Protection for every domain we have! Can we have the who is protection for the account and can that cover all the domain in that account!

By the way I have lot of domains there but 500 as of now!

Have a lot with Yahoo and I will be sending those domains to goDaddy.

I am a Domainer Club Member!

Good to see we can contact some one! (hope we do not have to go to a VP!)

On the parked domains can we have little place where we can add few of our domains
-- Like they show the GoDaddy Ads big time.
-- I would like to add my domains like "visit our other domains" etc.

Where we can add the related domains?

-- As of now I am using sedo which I did not like.

The $29 fee for every domain is in a legal dispute such as a UDRP is ridiculous.
For 500 domains I would have to pay godaddy $15000!!!

Also I already have a rep at godaddy and besides reminding me of the expiring domains, he is pretty much useless. Whatever I ask him I get a reply like: this is not possible, this is policy or please contact support.

Seeing how Godaddy sponsors the Indy 500, maybe you can see if they can comp a a couple tickets to the '08 race. Never hurts to dream...

On that note, see if Godaddy can hook me up with Candice Michelle.

I have about 500 names there. I remember I had an account rep at one time but I do not really remember who it was.... What kind of security updates are we talking about?

I have been suggesting that they add an automatic email system setting that alerts you whenever a log in is made to an account.

Adam - Congrats on the new gig - Smartest move GoDaddy has ever made!

FYI - I recently moved over a thousand names away from GD to Moniker because they wouldn't budge on pricing, "freebies" (whois protection), security issues and the aforementioned UDRP charge policy. Additionally, some of the "bulk management" tools left something to be desired. (Also, my personal rep. didn't seem to know how to send a responsive email... ) Anyway, now that you're on board, I'm sure that things will be changing for the better - Good luck!
