Could you please explain exactly what has happened here for the partially domain illiterate, such as myself.
Does this mean that the domain expired, should have dropped, but then months after this was supposed to have happened they extended the registration?
Does this mean that netsol isn't letting good domain names drop anymore on purpose? When you say 'who can catch you' are you referring to the fact that icann doesn't have any power to stop them from doing what they want? ...thanks....

I think the problem here in RWE.com is clear, Steve. The expiration date for it was August 29 and the domain renewed by ex-owner at November 19. Yes, it should have dropped and returned to the public pool. When I say "go netsol who can catch you!" I mean ICANN is a joke and it is a monopoly. Besides you can see the same behaviour in Register.com. What the **** do they mean "unpaid names department". If the name is unpaid then delete it and return it to the public, moron. If that is the way, just keep all the valuable domains and sell them to the deep pockets. There is a clear breach and we, small guys, can not do anything about it.

Note the new expiration date as compared to the old one however.

Record expires on 21-Mar-2004 vs 28-Aug-2002.

There is obviously something incorrect in that if the name was renewed as said the new expiration date should be 28-Aug-2004.

If this thing turns 'null' - I'll going to lose it.
