I just paid for a domain listed for sale at Godaddy auctions and all there was is "Funds received, authorization pending".

I see from here that I can and must contact the buyer by an "Email Buyer" link or something, but I don't find it anywhere on my Bidding List -> Won page.

Where is it? Any help would be appreciated.

Click the domain status of "WON" (or the domain). There will (or was) a popup box with "email seller".

Thanks a lot for the help. However I don't see anything thereof that I can click. Please see the screenshot: http://postimg.org/image/r7djxrbzt/

When I click on the domain, it leads me to the domain page which says:

We`re sorry, but the domain name you are looking for is no longer available through auction.

Try searching for another domain name.

There's no "WON" status neither.

Any idea?

Are any of the redacted (black boxes) besides the domain name a clickable link? I remember being able to click one and it having a popup box... or it was in the "Status" area to email the seller...

So there won't be any Email Buyer link for 6 days? I suppose there will be when my payment is verified or anything?

No. Nothing's clickable except the domain name which leads to the sales page which reads "We`re sorry, but the domain name you are looking for is no longer available through auction. "

It will be there once GoDaddy verifies your payment, which will take 6 days.

Then, GD/TDNAM will hold payment for 30 days AFTER the person actually pays.

Then...you have to REMIND and CONTACT GD/TDNAM to release payment to you.

If the domain is at GoDaddy it will be pushed automatically and you will be paid the same day. Otherwise, yeah, GoDaddy will hold the payment forverrrrr.... lol

I have never experienced same day payment even with an immediate push. This was a big factor in my stopping selling on TDNAM.

The time to email the seller may be correct as I haven't purchased on TDNAM for a while, however the payments are anywhere from the same day to two months after funds are verified. I've dealt with them on a couple domains and with one the funds were released the next business day and a couple released within 2 months. There is a vague answer you'll get from the reps: 7 business days to 5 days after the following "month" (basically anywhere from 1 week to net-30/60-on or after the 5th).

It could be that some buyers are more frequent than others and funds/domains are changed almost instantaneously, whereas new buyers will be scrutinized and funds will be held until they are verified and there are no charge backs (to protect GD and the seller if transferred out).

Yeah, I know what you mean, about a year or so ago, all payments use to be slow. Since about September 2013, I have been receiving payments in my account the same or next day when the names were at GD.

That's ridiculous. So it will be 6 + 30 = 36 days before I can get the domain?
