Godaddy Closeouts: How much time it takes to get domain in account?

I yesterday bought a domain at godaddy closeouts at $11 + renewal fee. They charged me money but I cannot see the bought domain in my account. And visiting the domain still says "NOTICE: This domain name expired on 6/17/2015 and is pending renewal or deletion".

I contacted godaddy support and they told it takes 10 to 12 days to get the domain to account. Is it true or are they just excusing? Please Help!
