godaddy problem

when i tried to backorder a domain in godaddy, i received this note after the last step of "step 7 of 7" inside the backorder section:
"You cannot backorder this domain at this time."
but when i tried other domains [with the same extention & will be drop at the same day like the other domain which didn't worked before] it done successfully without any problems at all.
has this matter happened with anyone else?

Yes, I've had the same experience. I submitted a support ticket on this and the reply sounded more like a sales pitch for other services than an answer to my question - hope you have better luck
