GoDaddy screwed me!

I won an auction on GoDaddy auctions. They even sent the winning bid emails out, along with the successful payment for the auction emails and so on. I won the auction. About 5 hours after I won the auction and made a payment I receive this email:

i bought 4 domains intotal 600,
3 failed but the refund is only 300
