I have a domain AItoLive.com and godaddy est. Value is 1,5k. Can i use this est value for a base value for selling?

Also i accepting offers if someone is interested. Is a domain themed into AI and Robots, AI to Live can be a good website for the domestical marketing of Robots, can be a store or news website, can be everything, and the "TO" is for the good phrase sound. AI to Live sounds good for propaganda.
