I own GoEscrow.com and a regional Escrow firm has contacted me to see if I would part with the name. What would you say this name is worth to a successful escrow company?

Thanks
Eric

with a prospective end user wanting the name it is tough to appraise, i persannly wouldnt let it go for less then 5k, sometimes companies have a backup just in case, they probably will be after easy to remmember name like this that describes there business to a tee. You might try feeling them out with a make an offer worded correctly, but dont close the door on further discussions. good luck

If i were you, i might open a starting price of at least 10k.

Hallo Eric,

GoEscrow.com is a very catchy name. It's highly brandable and easy to
memorize. The escrow business is still a growth market on the Internet,
so - considering that you're going to sell the domain to an enduser - I
wouldn't give it away for less than $10,000. You could even start with
a higher asking price. If they're a serious business and really interested
in your domain then they won't run away only because the asking price
was a bit too high for them :) No risk no fun. Good luck with selling the
domain!
