good cheap .com registrar

Hello,

I'm looking for cheap registrar - i need to register few .com domains. Do you know of any good registrar that charges 8$ or less per domain?

(that registrar should allow easy transfer of ownership. also need dns services and mail forward if possible)

Owndomain, they can go lower because PowerPipe is an ETP (Enom Technology Partner) and pays Enom $6.95 per domain year. Also, older sub-resellers were able to get accounts with reg fees as low as $6.95. You can still pay enom upfront for 1000 domain years... $6,950 and become an ETP.

A lot cheaper than trying to become a registrar. But why cut your profits to try and compete with websites to just lower the market even more. Just give excellent service and i'm sure you'll do fine.
