Good Developers Forum??? Suggestions please.

Can anyone suggest a good developers forum friendly to a NooB or intermediate person?

I am not finding too much information here (except through PM's - Thank you Copper and Tony and Acro and others) for tips, assistance, and walk thru's on site building tools and tips.

There are places to go like Mashable and WebMonkey for the basic and intermediate stuff.

But I was looking for that forum appeal for answers to specific questions.

Suggestions?

unfortunately, I ended up in the same boat as you - finding developers is not easy! only expensive once's operate as a business - the rest either take your money and run as I lost $300 US or deliver junk!

Not looking to hire a developer. Those days are well behind me.
