I wonder
What is the good Domains for Parking, I have noticed that some Domains with over 60,000 uv sold for $200-$300, while other Domains with less than 5,000 uv Sold for more than 1k.
Any ideas, with many thanks.

Thanks in advance

say if you have website about doors, then you don't want traffic from people looking for toilet paper

as that traffic will not click on door ads, because they are looking for something to wipe their butts with

so, the more traffic (visitors) you can garner looking for doors, then the higher your ctr (click thru rate) for your ads should be.

All recently acquired domains should also be parked if you're unsure of what the user is looking for right off the bat to collect statistics and build a mini/site around the most popular search terms and target high paying keywords.

Thank you very much guys, what about the domain which has a good traffic but not parked yet, like what selling in Godaddy expiring domains auction, how can I know if it is good for parking or not, or it depends on luck?

Godaddy aftermarket traffic claims are based on a year out collected from data over the week(?) they had it (ie, if over the initial week period it had an actual 10 unique visitors, GD will claim traffic of 540). It's not a viable indicator of a domains value. Best thing to do is see if there are backlinks (and from where to get an idea of its possible traffic), exact searches, Alexa rating, etc.

Thank you David
But how to check the backlinks and the source of the traffic, is there any tools for that?
Thanks in advance.
