In a Letter from Dotster's Lawyer to ICANN Regarding WLS, Dotster's lawyer said "We hope that ICANN's refusal to respond to Dotster's timely filed request, contrasted with ICANN's inappropriate rush to discuss VeriSign's later request at the Board level is not indicative of a policy correctable only by litigation".

I wish good luck to DotSter - kinda doubt it'll do any good however - this might delay WLS for a few days or weeks. Maybe if other registrars join in it'll work - but netsol seems to get it's way sooner or later.
