Valuation - zero.
Those three words together is so well known (and trademarked), I don't know how you could defend any site using it, regardless of content.
...unless maybe you set it up as an affiliate site selling subscriptions to the magazine...but even that could be contested easily unless you put a bunch of disclaimers that you are a third party just selling the magazine.
