very unprofessional article.

Hmm could be interesting..

They are all pissed :veryangry: because of the 'Why didn't I think of that" factor ...

These 'petition signers' are just annoyed that they did not think of the domains first, so they are crying 'foul play'. :upset:

Its become a sad world when it's 'unfair' to be an entrepreneur.

We here in the USA have become wus-bags to anyone that cries out....

Its a shame.... :disappointed:

and the other topics are,

Dale Earnhardt keeping #8
Don't cancel Crossing Jordan

Such heart wrenching topics from such a site.

Most signing this online petition perhaps do not know what a domain name is, what parking is, what cybesquatting is.

Just want to feel like part of something I suppose.

Oh, and let the charges against the bounty hunter be dropped...that was the other petition...you know the one who broke the law and was himself arrested and faces sentencing.

It's called "jumping on the bandwagon".

Don't know how spread out that "news" piece is. But it's not giving a complete
and accurate picture.

Anyway, here's the originating link:

You need to register to oppose. Too bad it doesn't currently show how many
voted and opposed.

There's a discussion thread about it already:

http://youchoose.net/?q=node/30957

So far not too many responses. Either it just needs time for more people to be
aware of it or...who cares?

BTW, I opposed.

I personally agree that all thes parking pages, and what they call direct navigation is junk of the Internet because no information potential provided to the users, but I don't agree with the point that every domain name have to be developed. If people want to open their own website they can register any domain name. Actually the most successful sites are not generic well known words.
