Google's line of defense in Youtube case;

"The judge ordered the removal of the videos last week, but Google has refused to remove them and says it is appealing.

It says it is not responsible for the content posted on its site."



Worth noting for those UDRPs where parking ads are used as evidence of bad faith.

Maybe I'll try and claim the revenue they make from the site...if they're not responsible for what is shown on there.

The corporate can say anything they want as long as it is not conflict with their interest and even if your account got banned, there is no way you can argue with them in any ways.

Do you know if the appeal was filed before or after the arrest warrant was issued against Mr. Colenhole?

This BS about Google or any other web site not being responsible for content posted is BS, Their are limits with anything you post, and in this case the video exceeded those limits and was ruled to have violated election law, Didn't see the video don't care to, Defying a court order is just plain stupid on Googles part UNLESS they want to set a precedent that "anything goes on the internet"

It was the right thing to do in the first place, Right or wrong you don't defy a court order.
