hmmm well not sure how helpful that post was above, parking is surely not dead at all.
You can preview what a name will look like at parked.com by using the url string:
http://www.searchnut.com/?domain= yourdomain.com
It must first however be added to your parked account before you can preview it.
Also, parked.com uses primarily the yahoo feed along with some other secondary feeds for blocked domains.
