The law, ACPA, says they can sue you for 100,000 dollars per name, so do you want to have that liability? Especially if you can’t earn anything from it, as it’s .xyz…

May I respectfully suggest that you spend more time on this forum, reading articles, learning the industry, finding important domain sites, seeing what's trending, coming up with some hand-reg names, and getting involved with the members here? Don't invest in any more domains until you have some experience. This is not a game it's a serious business.
