Be cool and professional - Don't trash some else sale's thread.

Send PM to the seller with questions.

I don't think anyone trashed the thread.

It appears that the person who started the thread is BLATANTLY breaking the law. Why do cybersquatters deserve refuge here?

The seller is doing no favors for his fellow domainers. The person who buys this domain is buying a huge liability. Setting up a colleague to be sued so you can make money isn't something that deserves immunity, here or anywhere else.

All domainers suffer from cybersquatting. We all feel the heat when the system backlashes.

Can't agree more.

wasnt trying to be a dick just saying it might be an issue. And as for the fact that I cant spell a word correctly doesnt disprove the facts. the potential of the domain causing the buyer a problem is quite high

Why does anyone in this thread think for a moment that the buyer of this domain wouldn't be aware of tm and copyright issues? Does the buyer need your red flags to be aware of this.

I own a certain tm name and my stat logs shows the tm holding corporation's frequent visits to this site. Even though I own a disputed domain, it helps them in their product promotion based on the friendly content I have on the site regarding their leading product.

These big corporations are as much guilty of snapping names from the little guy purely based on their ability to mount legal strikes.

There are scores of Google related names selling on Amazon, a top charting sales ebook on Clickbank for months. No issues there...

Buyers who are interested will buy what appeals to them. No one that I know will simply shell out 1k, without knowing, what they are getting into.
