Regardless of any real or perceived liabities of this domain, todda's sales thread is not the place to debate them.

Please limit your comments to relevant questions and/or offers. Anything else can be PM'd.

With all due respect a trademark issue is relevant.

It is, and it was asked and answered. Time to move on, not to debate the issue.

There are many other places on this forum to have those discussions.

I don't understand how a moderator can post such a thing. Are you allowing these kind of domains to be sold here? There is a serious trademark issue, and we have the right to alert other people about it. This is only one of hundreds of examples
http://www.arbforum.com/domains/decisions/164548.htm

I think it is really pathetic to ask people to only post questions and not be able to alert fellow webmasters about the potential damage that such a purchase could create.

We are not the courts, we don't decide if a name is infringing upon a trademark. Buyer beware (do your research), as is the same on all sales.

Back to the sale please, this is not a discussion forum.
