no range in mind, but I think starting bid should be $50 or above

Is there a backend system to it? Is esmileys.com for sale?

Could you transfer the name to my godaddy account if I buy it? If so, I'll bid $60.

Thanks, Matt

this auction is for www.gosmilies.com only.

the domain is a free push to a FREE account at www.blazedomains.com

The domain will not be able to be transferred to other accounts for like another 3 weeks at which time whoever buys it can transfer it to any other registrar of their choice.

please refer all questions to PM and leave thread open for bids please

$100.

I am going to have to withdraw my bid. Joseph, the owner of esmilies.com sent me this message: "I noticied that you are bidding on gosmilies.com. I originally sold esmilies to lazedomain. I did not give him resell rights to the script. The license I sold him was for once site only so this site is invalid. "

A liscence for what? It doesn't look like he sold a script or a backend system or anything like that? The smilies are publicly available online so I don't think he needs permission to copy the site and resell it.

Attention there is no script.

Joseph sold me the site esmilies.com after he himself sold a clone of esmilies.com to someone.

I was led to believe that I was buying esmilies.com the original and had the rights to do whatever I wanted to with it. I made a clone of a site that I bought the rights too. He never made referance to any license and there is no script.

I am very confused, since Joseph is the one who told me earlier today by PM that I could not buy gosmilies.com, and I just bough another smilie clone site from him a few minutes ago, so I am no longer interested in gosmilies.com. But, it looks like a good deal for some buyer.
