It's a dictionary word. Also this is a sales thread and not an appraisal thread.

I know this isn't an appraisal thread. I would be interested in a site like this, it fits in with other sites I run.

Having said that, I find his asking price a little unrealistic. Dictionary .net's are not worth XX,XXX on their own (unless they're blockbusters) so that leaves
revenue and traffic.

It's not a super high traffic site, it doesn't look like it has much in the way of revenues happening (a single Amazon banner)

I'd offer low X,XXX at the most.
