closed got an offer for alien.ws. what to do?

got an offer of high $xx for alien.ws. Wondering what should i do? sell it? auction it on sedo or develop it?
Do not know if there is any value in .ws domains. Please help. any suggestion?

I would sell it, .ws is very weak, regardless of the keyword, and alien isn't exactly hot.
