Hi Guys.

I have recently got an offer for BALLARDS.NET for $200 dollars, after $50 SEDO fees I will get $150, what do you think, should I take it?

There seems to be lot of websites/Businesses with this name, was always hoping I will get more on this.

I would appriciate your openion on this one.

Thanks
Topdomainsonsale.

there indeed seem to be a lot of companies out there..I would ask for 500 minimum and point out the fact that the expense is tax deductible.

Usually, people never make their highest offers at first, so they leave room for themselves for negotiation. If he offered $200, I am pretty positive he is willing to pay at least double that. If you haven't already, make a counteroffer for at least $400.

just turn it down, if they want it they'll put in another bid. seems like a lowball offer.
