really hard to see the value.
for indo and biz (which I am a fan of), I always make it a point to say the name out loud (other than studying OVT, google, etc...etc...).

governors dot business
doesnt sound too good :-(

the OVT count isnt too bad at all though.
It could be used I guess for a 'scandals' type of site, such as the governor's business (under the sheets or under the table...etc...) but thats with a lot of imagination.
