In the past 12 months I had average sales of more then $70.00/month. This is without any advertising at all. It has all been type in traffic. The ration of traffic to sales is extremely good and this site has tremendous potential. I need to sell it as it competes with a company I work for and accroding to my contract I can not have any competing businesses.

There is zero hosting fees and zero contact with the custmers. The affiliate company handles everything. I just get a check every month.
