Hey everyone. Looks like I am forced off to sell one more of my site's. I recently placed number one in Google for an seo competition which I won for a casino site I run, and still have not been paid for it. Sadly, now I have to sell this site to get the money to cover my bills since I don't know how long it will be before this company (CPays.com) pays me. I am need of a very quick sale of this site as I need the money to pay my bills on time. Anyways, heres some information about the site.

I started this site in December shortly before I sold the social networking site I had started. I originally started this site to be my main project (since I had sold my social networking site)..The site is using a popular free cms script called Xoops with an easy admin panel. I downloaded and put up a different theme for it and did some customizations myself (added all the the side boxes on the main page) The site is a freebie site where I have tons of different deals posted for free stuff. When I first started the site I purchased 50 1-way PR2+ links from someone on the forum for $2/peice. These are permanent and I will send the new owner the list of links. I also purchased some one-way links with NamePro$ on the namepros forum. I have also done numerous other link exchanges for the site (3 resource page's and tons of front page link exchanges)

Traffic
The traffic on the site has come from nothing but link exchanges, hotlists, and search engines for the month of February. Last month I had purchased $50 in PPC and had mostly link exchange traffic.
Total Pageviews so far in February: 2,195
Total Unqiue visitors so far in February: 1,341
Total Pageviews in January: 4,297
Total Unqiue visitors in January: 2,848
Site currently has 41 member's and growing..
I recently started allowing other site's to request to have their free site listed in the freebie directory for a link in return. This is helping greatly with SE rankings. Also, I added a bunch of "free myspace" type content to the site which is what alot of the search engine traffic comes from. You can login and view the stats here:

Revenue
Revenue was booming last month. I made $47.82 from XY7 and $20.50 from MaxBounty. This month hasn't been horrible, but has been a little lower. So far the site has accumulated $10 from XY7 and $10 from MaxBounty. I'm estimating at least $40 this month in totals but this could be much higher.
Dropping the price by $100. $500 is the BIN via paypal, $400 if the user agrees to pay via WU or MG. thanks for everyones interest!
