Hey Tasso - that's a great country TLD. There are several million Greeks in Germany and it's rare that a European TLD allows for country geo-domains. So I'd say you have a 5, maybe 6 figure baby in your hands. Get in touch with some Greeks in Berlin to sell or develop.

i think you're speaking with your heart theo lol

having said that i have seen quite a few popular tourist destinations in .de and in english sell well, in low 5 figs
i think you would have to wait for the right buyer, but on a good day may get 10 -15k from an enduser if you wait, way less from a reseller. 2k maybe?

also which cctlds are you referring to when you say cctlds can't reg geo specific domains?

the two domain / internet powerhouses in europe are .uk & .de, there are no limitations with them with regards to geo. its only .info that im aware of that has country restrictions, awarded to their respective countries but is of course not a cctld.

if you are greek and residing in germany then you are in a much stronger postion to develop, and develop yuo should do. only then could you get the sort of values theo is talking about imho

there has to be more greeks in uk i would imagine, but also a huge interest in holidaying there and property etc but from what i can see even greece.co.uk gets virtually zero traffic undeveoped. or course the name would be quite valuable but also more valuable in .co.uk as an english speaking country in the first instance

summary: develop

Is Greece.de the next 360.org ! lol

Nice name tassos, certainly some value here but even I couldnt place where, the main factor will be determined by traffic I think. Only you know this so... all the best.

Choking with mirth on my Kronenbourg Pred. :uhoh:

Acro is a pussycat when I start. But he's a smart and intelligent guy for whom I have respect.
