Thanks for offer, definately waiting for more but really want to sell. Actually yesterday it was a bizarre day; I had 3 email offers (rejected) and a straight telephone approach from Greece but the problem is that they cannot pay to my paypal or take an escrow due to capital controls (no money is allowed to get outside the country; cash, bank transfer, debit or credit card payments, etc)!!! So even if we were close to an agreement.... this has no way to be finalized ....!!!!
