Hi,
I've developed and professionally built GTAStud.com, a Grand Theft Auto game blog since August. The website includes all original content, and has posts for almost every day in the last 6 months. There's currently also written unique posts (with game tips, etc.) scheduled to be published up to February. The video posts have fallen behind, but if someone is interested in acquiring it I will include these until Februrary.
Please note this includes not just the domain, it includes all the original content which is of high value. As well it includes all the graphic design which was custom made. This includes not just the logo's, etc., but all the graphic files which include vector graphics, etc. The original idea was to also develop t-shirts, hats, etc., so there are additional graphics to go for this.
As well, I'm including the login credentials for GTAStud to most social network sites. This includes Reddit, Digg, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Pretty much all the big sites.
The current metrics are 2000 unique visitors consistently month after month. I don't really know about the advertising revenues as we were mainly waiting until to put them into place. Right now there's just the basics.
The reason I'm selling is because I just don't have the time to finish developing the website. Mostly the marketing aspect of it. As much as I'd love to build up the website, I just can't find the time. I run a software company and I just recently published a book, so my time is completely gone.
If someone is interested, please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected]. The minimum price is $5000 because it cost me that to develop (professional graphic design, unique content, etc.). Please do not offer an amount below that because I will not sell. I would rather then hold the domain until I have time to properly market it.
