Website was designed by myself about 18 months ago. It contains 101 pages (the home page and 100 car pages), all of which are 100% unique. I wrote all the content for this website myself and you can't find it anywhere else on the web.

Traffic is currently at approximately 280 visits per day (200 unique users). Reffers include myspace.com profiles, Google, Yahoo and other links and some type ins as well.

Home page is PR4 and most of the subpages are PR4 as well. Linkpop is around 4000 for the home page.

Revenue was at about $1 per day using only one, small Adsense banner per page. Obviously there is room to do much more with it and as such I am not basing my asking price on revenue. Also, Google banned my Adsense account awhile ago (for fraudulent clicks, even though I am totally innocent), so I don't have access to any of my stats. Don't buy this site based on current revenue - buy it because with a little work it can be bringing in $3-$5 per day easily.

I doubt you will be able to find a site with as much unique content as this one with all the links and traffic on DNF for quite a while.

While I feel it's fair to ask more for a site that has "potential". I don't think you can ask for a valuation of what the site would be worth if it reached that potential. As it's a risk.

That's up to the individual buyer to decide. The point is, every website accusition is a risk to some extent - I am selling this site based on the fast it has 100 pages of unique content, a good number of links and pretty solid traffic. Some people are great at monetizing these types of sites, others are not.

Don't think of this site as one that generates a certain amount of revenue - think of it as an origional and unique site with all the necessary elements in place to bring in some good returns.
