Guess what, i was being sued by Dreamworks LLC

Because of the domain name "Dreamwork.net", they had sent me a C&D letter and i agree to transfer the name to them. However, several years later they let the name drop and it finally goes to UltSearch.

You did the right thing. They could have made your life - hell.

It is foolish that they let it drop. It's cheaper to pay the renewal then to pay for legal fees. Even if you have them on retainer.

And, Ult has deep pockets and top lawyers.

I think even one our distinquished lawyers has worked for Ult.

There are tons of great names out there. Go look for them. and, don't look back.
