Although I, too, am waiting to hear whether ".BIZ" domains can be re-sold, I think your post is a wise choice of wording. "Bad faith" is very subjective.
Rather than appraise, I will stick to my common .US/.INFO/.BIZ "theme" (advice) ... that is, be sure to register "Guitar(s)Biz.com" to complement your site AND increase the domains' value in the event it CAN be re-sold. Good Luck.
