We are considering selling our Halo 3 website. It uses 2 domains that point to the same place to make sure our traffic wasn't sent to someone else's site if they went to the wrong URL. Remove the spaces in copy and paste:

The site launched on October 15th, 2007. From October 15-November 15, we had 150k unique visitors and 1.36 million page impressions. We were making $75+ daily with adsense.
Our adsense revenue went down because our site isn't optimized and we don't get relevant ads. Our traffic also went down, and we are at 40k uniques monthly with 200k page impressions a month, at current.
Analytics says that users stay for an average time of 4 minutes on our site and that they view an average of 6.52 pages per visit. 31% of our traffic is from direct type in, 52% from search engines, and the rest from links.
The adsense revenue and page impressions can easily be brought back up to the $75+ a day if the site is updated and targeted for better adsense ads. If new features are added, the site will also gain the userbase back to return to the 150k/month uniques.
You get everything with the site. It's all fully coded. You also get this new layout that we were going to release, but we never had time to finish it:

We are the #1 ranking in google for our main keywords, which are halo 3 leaderboard, halo 3 leaderboards, halo leaderboard, and halo leaderboards.
This is a very large site but it requires very little maintenance. It has run itself with very little work, all on it's own. The code that runs the site is also very cleanly written and since I like to develop with security in mind, it uses correct PHP coding practices to prevent hacking attempts and is secure, overall.
The site is currently run off of a dedicated server hosted through GoDaddy, and this is only because we run scripts that constantly update user's profiles from the official Halo 3 website. We initially had the site on a virtual dedicated server, and it worked fine, but we wanted to ramp up those scripts that ran automatically through cron.
We are taking offers. Please note, we may decide not to sell this site if we don't think the offers are high enough. I'll update this thread accordingly over the next few days.
