I am not selling on basis of monthly income or traffic. Lets say they all get zero type ins and zero income a month. But as a development oriented domainer, you would know the value.
As nicely as I can put this, please don't ask me any stats cause I am sure if you are looking to buy on basis of 10x, we won't make a deal anyway.
