Just wanted to congratulate all Americans and wish you all a great celebration!

We're going to Frognerparken here in Oslo where there will be a 4th of July celebration with marching bands and lots of "American" stuff going on.

I'm hoping to buy some decent hot sauce (the hot sauces in most Norwegian stores are crap compared to American ones). :smilewinkgrin:

Do you have Asian markets? Try to find this stuff.

It is nice and hot, has pretty good taste, and lasts forever (even through 11 days of no electricity after Wilma).

Do we? Yeah, lots and I've tried that sauce but it tastes asian which is just wrong for buffalo wings.

What I want is stuff like Frank's Red Hot or Defcon etc. Impossible to get in Norway, at least I haven't seen any..

They didn't sell any at the 4th of July celebration thing either, only cowboy hats and crap which I can buy for 1/5th of the price next time I'm in USA (if I were into cowboy hats).

You need some Texas Pete, Frank's Original, and Tobasco.

We have Tabasco (even the habanero one), but it just doesn't work for wings imho.

I made some calls and I might have found some hook-ups here in Oslo. We'll see tomorrow what I can get my hands on. :suspicious:
